AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

At MOD Leads, we value our customers and aim to offer a seamless experience. If you're ever dissatisfied with our products or services, simply reach out to us at [email protected] , and we’ll do our best to assist you. However, there are specific terms and non-refundable services to consider before initiating a return or refund request.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may request a refund.

However, it’s important to recognize that certain services we offer are non-refundable due to the unique nature of our business, which involves extensive personalization, customization, and dedicated resource allocation.

REFUND PERIOD:

To be eligible for a full refund, a request must be submitted within 30 DAYS of the original purchase date.
Refund requests after 30 DAYS will not qualify for a refund.

Conditions for MOD Academy 30 Day Refund Eligibility:

Students or anyone acting on their behalf must not set up a lead generation funnel.

Students or anyone acting on their behalf must not set up a website.

Students or anyone acting on their behalf must not drive traffic to the funnel/website.

Students or anyone acting on their behalf must not attend a 90-minute coaching call.

Once a refund request is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 DAYS to reflect, depending on your financial institution. MOD Leads reserves the right to withhold or deny refunds until a thorough investigation and assessment are completed

NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES:

We offer a range of highly specialized services that involve a significant investment of time, resources, and expertise. Due to the nature of these services, they are non-refundable once initiated or delivered.

90-Minute 1-on-1 Coaching Call ($699):
Our coaching sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. During the 90-minute coaching call, clients receive valuable, customized guidance and actionable insights designed to help them grow their business or overcome specific challenges. Once the coaching call has been delivered, the service is considered fully rendered, and the $699 fee is non-refundable.

This coaching session is designed to offer personalized, one-on-one business guidance to help customers optimize their manufacturing on demand (MOD) Agency business. This includes:
- A deep dive into your business strategy.

- Tailored advice for driving leads and sales.

- Actionable steps to overcome challenges specific to your business.

Why Non-Refundable?

Coaching involves a personalized investment of time, energy, and knowledge. Whether the session focuses on refining business strategies, improving lead generation, or addressing other unique concerns, the value provided cannot be reclaimed once the session has taken place.

Business Suite Setup DFY ($699):

The Business Suite Setup service includes comprehensive assistance in setting up key business assets, including but not limited to:

Website setup and customization.

Funnel creation tailored to your business needs.

Lead generation system integration.

Google Ads account setup

Google Analytics / Search Platform

Google My Business account setup

Once the setup process has begun, the service becomes non-refundable. This service involves highly specialized work, including design, technical setup, and strategic planning. The value provided by this service is based on the time, labor, and expertise required to set up and configure a complete business system.

Why Non-Refundable?

The setup process requires dedicated hours of consultation, planning, and hands-on technical work from our team to build your business infrastructure. These efforts cannot be undone, and as such, the fee reflects the commitment and resources invested in your project.
The work cannot be undone or repurposed for another client, which is why the service is non-refundable after initiation.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE REFUND POLICY

While non-refundable services cannot be reimbursed once delivered, we do offer some flexibility in the form of extensions or credits in specific circumstances:

If you cancel a coaching session or service prior to delivery, and we have not yet started the work, you may be eligible for a partial credit toward other MOD Leads services / products. If you are unable to attend the scheduled coaching call, we may offer the option to reschedule as long as a 24-hour notice is provided. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of the session and its associated cost.

Cases where extenuating circumstances prevent you from using the service, we may offer credits or reschedule services at our discretion.

Partial Refunds:

If a service has only been partially rendered, or if exceptional circumstances prevent full use of the service, we may offer a partial refund. This is at our discretion and will depend on the level of completion at the time of the request.

PROCESSING OF REFUNDS

Refunds will only be processed after the refund request has been evaluated and confirmed to meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Once approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. In some cases, refunds may take 7-14 DAYS to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution. We appreciate your patience during this time.

ADDITIONAL CLAUSES AND CUSTOMER RIGHTS

At MOD Leads, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our refund and return processes.

The above policy is designed to ensure that our customers understand both their rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and non-refundable services. Should there be any ambiguity or uncertainty about the policy, we encourage customers to reach out to our support team for clarification.

We also adhere to all consumer protection regulations, and your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
